Workshop in English!

Target audience: This in-person workshop is aimed at authors of Cochrane Reviews, clinicians, statisticians, and anyone who wishes to conduct meta-analyses using the statistical software 'R'.

Content and objectives: After a general introduction to 'R' and 'RStudio', the theoretical concept of meta-analysis and its implementation in 'R' will be conveyed through the following four thematic blocks, along with practical exercises:

• Basic methods of meta-analysis
• Exploration of heterogeneity (subgroup analysis, meta-regression)
• Methods for detecting and adjusting for bias in meta-analyses (e.g., publication bias)
• Fundamentals and challenges of network meta-analysis
